We encourage you to take a few moments of your time and give them a call. It’s your choice who you obtain your initial credit approval from and you are under no obligation to obtain financing from either of our preferred lenders, but keep in mind that we offer several great incentives for using one of our preferred lenders.  We do require, however, that within 48 hours of completing a reservation or purchase agreement for your new home, you let your Legendary Communities sales representative know which of our preferred lenders will be providing us with a letter of credit approval.
